Fundraising is a major part of any International Exchange Program. Below you will find a downloadable Word document that can be personalized for each of your potential donor contacts.
The letter is pre-formatted and can be printed on your color or black and white printer at home.
After opening the letter in Word you must change the name of each donor you are sending the letter to at the beginning of the letter. For example:
Dear Aunt Susan,
You will also need to put your name at the end of the letter, replacing the "Your Name" line at the bottom. Your name will stay the same from letter to letter. The "Dear Aunt Susan" line will need to change from letterto letter to reflect toe name of the donor.
It is important that you personally sign the letter after you print it out.
